A PhD student from Canada has extensively studied the illnes afflicting only women and published her finding in a recent book.
Lamcanada.org ., Stacey Pollock BarZiv interviewed 11 women that had gone lung-transplants with varied quality of life in each case. Some in exellent health and some with poor health.
